CareerMap provides:

• AI-based job matching scores
• Skill gap analysis
• AI-generated assessments and evaluations
• AI-powered mock interviews
• Personalized learning recommendations.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Accuracy of information provided.
• All activities under your account.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading data.
• Attempt to manipulate assessments.
• Misuse AI features or reverse engineer systems.
• Violate applicable Indian laws.

You retain ownership of your content (including profile data, videos, and assessments).

You grant CareerMap a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use your content solely for:

• Providing services
• Improving platform performance
• Generating insights and analytics (in anonymized form)

We will not commercialize your personal content without explicit consent.

CareerMap uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to:

• Evaluate skills
• Generate job match scores
• Provide interview feedback

These systems may have limitations and biases. Users should not rely solely on outputs for critical decisions.

• Services may be offered on a subscription basis
• Fees are billed in advance
• Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled

Refunds will be governed as per applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of Terms
• Fraudulent or harmful activity

Users may request account deletion at any time.

To the extent permitted under Indian law, CareerMap shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Employment outcomes based on platform usage

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
